Do viewers need to pay to watch? +
Never. Viewers always watch for free. Only the host (you) pays for the plan. Viewers just need the link — and a password if the event is private.
Can I switch plans or cancel? +
Yes to both. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. No long-term commitment required.
What is the ad banner on Solo? +
Solo plan events show a small Strevalo promotional banner below the video player. It rotates through 4 Strevalo messages. Upgrade to Pro to replace it with your own banner or remove it entirely.
Do viewers need to download an app? +
No. Viewers open the link in any browser on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV. No app required. A mobile app for hosts is in development.
