Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Strevalo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Seamless Creative Media Limited ("Strevalo", "we", "us").

2. The service

Strevalo provides a live streaming platform allowing users to create, broadcast, and manage live events. The platform includes tools for RTMP streaming, event management, live chat, access control, and replay storage. Features available depend on your chosen subscription plan.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Strevalo is a subscription-based service. Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 7 days of a charge. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Strevalo to stream or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory
• Infringes any intellectual property rights
• Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Violates the privacy of any individual

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you broadcast or upload to Strevalo. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual property

The Strevalo platform, brand, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Seamless Creative Media Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide a highly available service (99.9% uptime SLA on paid plans) but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will not be liable for any losses caused by service outages, provided we take reasonable steps to restore the service promptly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strevalo's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
