The most common issue is a guest not having the correct link or password. We recommend sending the link and password at least 24 hours before the ceremony so guests can test it in advance. Strevalo's watch page works in any modern browser — if a guest is having difficulty, ask them to try a different browser or device.
Yes — the replay is available on the same link immediately after the stream ends. Guests who watched live can rewatch it, and those who could not attend can catch up using the same password. The replay remains available until you choose to remove it from your dashboard.
